New Fall-Winter Collection
New Fall-Winter Collection
Decide what you want and set your goals.
This workshop does just what it says!
Blow away those Christmas cobwebs and start the new year as you mean to go on.
We begin this afternoon workshop with a full power Ashtanga fusion class which mixes and matches the more accessible postures of the Ashtanga primary and second series, keeping it accessible for all and working into all of those areas that don’t always get worked. Especially at the festive season, its a great way to sweat and detox!
If you don’t usually practice ashtanga second series, it’s an opportunity to explore some of the fun postures in this series and see how they are just a continuation of primary series with a bit of extra silliness in some cases.
This will be followed by a little pranayama breathwork exploration, which will teach you how to incorporate these ancient practices into your life to calm and regulate your nervous system.
Then an introduction to gratitude journalling, which is an amazingly simple way to bring positivity back into your life.
Then we will set our intentions for the new year.
The afternoon will end with a short meditation on the intentions set.
In all a great positive way to start the new year!
There will also be cake and bliss balls!
Simply drop your details below and we will be back in touch with news and updates.

“Whenever Donna announces a workshop I am usually one of the first to get on board. Her teaching and knowledge is amazing. I have recently had the pleasure, for the second time, of attending another magical weekend with both Donna and Scott Johnson. It was actually a very emotional weekend due to our current issues in the world. Between them they held the space with warmth and empathy. I have learnt so much, as I always do, that I can bring into my daily practice.”
"I Just wanted to thank you again for todays workshop It was so interesting and inspiring! I enjoyed every part of it!

"The weekend with Scott was great...hope you get him back to Manchester again soon!"
