Every Sunday at Yoga Sangha Cheadle
Join us at Yoga Sangha in Cheadle for Mysore style practice every week. This is your opportunity to take your practice to the next level.
This is a self practice Mysore style class where each student practices the ashtanga sequence at their own pace and in their own time. You only need to practice up to your last given posture.
The teacher is there to guide you when you need it and hold the space.
You are shown the postures one at a time and build your practice from there. It is often likened to a private class in a group setting.
This is a great class for moving your practice on to further postures and beyond Primary series if you are ready.
Suitable for all levels of practitioner - you don't need to be super advanced to do this class, just able to remember some of the postures.
Absolute Beginners welcome.
Look out for our regular beginners classes, or just come to a Mysore class and we can start you from scratch.
Or why not book yourself a bespoke one to one class
This is a really good way to learn the beginnings of the practice and you can then just drop into a Mysore class or a led class and know what you are doing.
You don't have to know any of the postures beforehand, just be prepared for a bit of repetition and you will build up a practice one posture at a time.
Ashtanga Vinyasa on Fridays at Chorlton Health Hub suitable for everyone. Beginners welcome.
