New Fall-Winter Collection
And it is so lovely that you are here.
How can yoga help you to transform your life?
When you think of yoga, you immediately think of a healthy body and healthy mind, of flexibility and strength and peace and tranquillity, of breathing and moving gracefully and connecting with your inner self to find equanimity and positivity in all situations.
And yoga really does do this for us!
You deserve to feel the peace and joy that yoga brings.
You deserve that bit of quality time in your day to dedicate to yourself, to recharge your battery.
This is a self-practice Mysore-style class where each student practices the Ashtanga sequence at their own pace and in their own time. You only need to practice up to your last given posture, making it a flexible and personalised approach to learning.
The teacher is there to guide you as needed, offer adjustments, and hold the space, ensuring a supportive and focused environment. Postures are introduced one at a time, allowing you to build your practice progressively and develop a strong foundation.
Often described as a private class in a group setting, this is an excellent opportunity to deepen your practice, explore further postures, and progress beyond the Primary Series if and when you’re ready.
Suitable for all levels of practitioner
You simply need to remember some of the postures,
This 4-week course is designed for complete beginners, guiding you step by step through the transformative practice of Ashtanga yoga.
You’ll learn postures in small, manageable chunks, giving you the time and space to fully absorb each movement.
Repetition of postures is encouraged, helping you commit them to memory while gently building stamina and opening your body to the practice.
By the end of the course, you’ll have a short sequence of postures that you can confidently practice at home or in class.
This foundation will set you up to grow your practice over time, adding more postures as you progress—just as Ashtanga yoga is traditionally taught.
As Krishnamacharya wisely said, “If you can breathe, you can do yoga.” This course truly is suitable for everyone, no matter your age or fitness level.
Take this opportunity to discover the easiest and most authentic way to learn Ashtanga yoga.

"Donna has been teaching me 1:1 to help me with my traumas.
Donna is an amazing teacher, mentor and support, not only with the movement aspect of yoga, but more specifically for my mental wellbeing, which incorporates all the other limbs of ashtanga.
She is a great listener, observer, empathiser and enabler, and I cannot recommend her enough for ashtanga yoga "
“Donna is such a kind, supportive and understanding teacher. She helps you work with your body to build a practice that works for you as an individual, guiding you to listen to the body and what works for you on that day..”
“Donna is a great yoga teacher, her adjustments have enabled me to understand my body better and get the most out of my practice.”
“I'm loving the virtual self practice. Donna has created a space each morning we can all meet and practice together. It doesn't matter how you're feeling or what your practice is like, it's the best way to start the day! "
